This week I was having cellular connection issues with a replacement iPhone, and they resolved it quickly with no problem. Today, I made a second visit and purchased some accessories. On both occasions, the representative I worked with, Ty, was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Handmade ceramics made in Portugal, stemware, cutlery, kitchen linens, kitchen electro domestic appliances for the kitchen. Certain items for the bathroom. Impeccable infants knit clothes shoes, socks. Excellent customer service, your gifts are wrapped, bixes and tissue paper are provided. My mother and I felt like we were in Lisbon or the Azores with lovely friendly vendor.”

“Mateo was exceptional in helping me find wall unit air conditioners for my house. This was difficult because of the unique size and older models my house had. I looked online at several places including PC. I decided to use the live chat. Mateo was so helpful, thorough including having me send pictures of the current models and outlets. In all it took a few hours to determine the right model. He was so patient and helpful throughout including providing a detailed quote and installation with haul away. I will always reach out to him moving forward because of how helpful and the time he took to help me find what I thought to be a difficult unit due to the dimensions.”
