He helped us narrow down what was good about certain brands, what tonlook for/consider, and what his previous customers felt after purchasing some of the appliances he recommended. We felt like we left the store more confident in our choices.”

“I've been to many Sprint stores in the area and in the city but the way I was assisted at this store surpasses my highest expectations. Even though the store had many customers the wait time was very minimal, and I was professionally promptly greeted. The staff all work in conjuction and help each other making any or all transactions as smooth as possible. Oliver primary rep that helped me and I couldn't be happier with how he handled everything beyond professional. All in all I know many Sprint stores are a drag to visit and usually have poor customer service but this store at the Livingston Mall is truly an A++++ store”
“This place is amazing and I'll tell you why: for someone who is a novice, getting into Hi-Fi can feel incredibly intimidating. But John and Co. make everything feel relaxed and fun. We get Into it to enjoy music right? So John had my girlfriend and I sit with him for over and hour demoing amps and speakers. I ended up buying a Rega Elex MK4 which was a massive upgrade for me and honestly a big investment, but they really did not push me to spend one dollar more than I could afford. While we were there I told him what bookshelf speakers I had and he connected some similarly sized bookshelves with a pair of REL subs and I was just completely enamored with the suddenly gutsy sound. Fast forward a couple of months and I went to buy the REL, which has totally exceeded my expectations. My system is like new and I am enjoying everything in my collection for the first time all over again. John and everyone at Audio Connection: you guys have a customer for life!”

“Mateo was exceptional in helping me find wall unit air conditioners for my house. This was difficult because of the unique size and older models my house had. I looked online at several places including PC. I decided to use the live chat. Mateo was so helpful, thorough including having me send pictures of the current models and outlets. In all it took a few hours to determine the right model. He was so patient and helpful throughout including providing a detailed quote and installation with haul away. I will always reach out to him moving forward because of how helpful and the time he took to help me find what I thought to be a difficult unit due to the dimensions.”

“A beautiful gift shop/novelty shop also religious artifacts from the catholic church. Handmade ceramics made in Portugal, stemware, cutlery, kitchen linens, kitchen electro domestic appliances for the kitchen. Certain items for the bathroom. Impeccable infants knit clothes shoes, socks. Excellent customer service, your gifts are wrapped, bixes and tissue paper are provided. My mother and I felt like we were in Lisbon or the Azores with lovely friendly vendor.”

I was stressed because My phone was stolen, and I was hoping someone would help me with activated my old phone.She then politely ask if I can wait a few minutes while she helps the gentlemen who were there before me. “This bookstore is large and pleasant, it has a large number of titles for children, it has a coffee shop where you can spend a pleasant time and many windows, which allow you to enjoy natural light. The only thing that would improve is to add children's books in Spanish, my son is 6 years old and loves to read in English and Spanish and is learning to speak French but it is difficult to find children's books in these languages.”
