We left with more than we expected: a new washer, dryer, chest freezer, and even a Dyson. Throughout the entire experience, Nayelis was helpful, sincere, and thoughtful with her recommendations—not just trying to sell us anything”

“I went to this metro store because I needed 2 new phones I called head ahead of time to check if they had it in stock at first I was confused because the guy was super friendly I just wasn't ready for that because of previous experience from other stores.
When I went to the the store the guy took the time to listen to my questions and used the questions I was asking and made sure I got exactly what I wanted and I did.
It's rare to find customer service that take the time to listen to what the customer wants.”

“I first went to another Metro store on Market st but they didnt want to help me with a device change,and also they said their systemwas down and offered no solution. Theni went to the Metro on Ferry st and the experiences was xompletely different. The girl there was amazing, she called her support department asked for my ID and helped me without any problem at all.
Withouta doubt,the best customer service I've received at Metro by tmobile is at 173 ferry St location.”

“This store has a lot of products from Portugal. For unique gift items or even personal use (embroidered hand towels, coasters, coin purse, bags, keychains, soaps, religious items, the list goes on) - this is a go-to place. On the other side of the store you can find home gadgets and appliances. It may be pricey but it's still a nice place to go to. I have gone back here numerous times either to browse or buy souvenir or religious items. I really recommend this store- so many items to choose from.”

“I don't trust many of the retailers on ferry street but this store earned my trust and business. they gave me good advice, information and solutions to my problem. the young man working the counter knows his products and gives sound recommendations. the tech working alongside also seems honest and knowledgeable. I didn't have to return to this store once I found they didn't have the solution to my problem that I preferred, but i was glad to return to them and buy some products for the phone I ultimately had to purchase elsewhere. more importantly I didn't feel they were ripping me off like many stores here do.”

I did had to go 24 hrs without service due to transfer back over which they stated it to me before leaving out and I cam back the next day.
