“I would like to give a big shout out to Kersey We are an authorized service provider for A.O.Smith water heaters and a customer has a leaking water heater, which is branded reliance Water Heater they are sold through Ace Hardware stores. We called Seven Ace Hardware stores today and we met from total attitude of I have five people in front of me to. I’m not supposed to be working today and I don’t know if we sell water heaters to us calling ace Hardware in Bayonne and got Kersey on the phone and she was so helpful she told us to hold on and check to see what Water Heater she had in her store gave us SKU numbers so we can check Her website to confirm whether or not they are what we were looking for unfortunately, the one she had in stock were not what we were looking for so she said if I can look on the website and get the SKU number for her, she can have it ordered for us and we can pick it up by Friday we appreciate it all of her effort and would like to give her a thumbs up. It’s nice to see that some people in the world still like to work.”

“As a new homeowner, I am not very handy at all. Was not sure even sure what to do with a snowblower I was given (does this thing even work? how do I turn it on?)From the very first call, this place went above and beyond. Debbie called me at least 5 times to coordinate pickup and drop off (due to my busy travel schedule)- she was super flexible, informative, and understanding of my needs- and she left so much important detail in her messages to me. For example, I had to suddenly go into the city on the scheduled drop off date, and she found a way to get my drop off scheduled for the next day so I could be there for it- and she also coordinated with the delivery tech to make sure he stopped to show me how to actually use the machine. She did this with minimal contact with me as I was in meetings all day.The tech that picked up and dropped off the snowblower gave me extremely detailed instructions on how to use the machine as was well as tips to take care of it and avoid future issues. Either Debbie told him I had no idea what I was doing, or he could just sense it from my questions- but he did a great job of giving me dumbed down instructions without being condescending or making me feel like an idiot.My experience from my first call to payment and receipt of my machine was exceptional and painless. I was listened to, prioritized, and treated with kindness and respect. I will be using them again for any equipment needs, and recommend you do too- especially if you are intimidated by machines/equipment/are not handy.”

Some stuff you can't find because they are a bit limited many items are missing but they have a lot of options. The Member's Club is not what it used to be, deals are mostly on stuff people don't buy or need.”
