“Visited on a very rainy day, and the manager with the tats (Sara I believe) was kind enough to offer to help me lift my stroller up the stairs, because the lift was not working. Her overall demeanor was very kind and welcoming. Then the associate who assisted me was also very pleasant. He was tall, had cornrows (Giovani I think) and I believe he said he was new to the store, although he came across like he’d been working there for a while. Another great interaction. The store was clean and had a good vibe. There was only one employee upstairs who didn’t smile, didn’t greet me and my daughter, or ask if we needed help, although we were feet from her. She had braids, and her demeanor just didn’t scream customer centric. She was directing an employee so she may have also been a manger. Anyway, we ended up purchasing a couple items and will definitely visit again!”
“These ladies were awesome. I ordered a toy from their website and it sold out fast. They called me and told me, got the refund processed same day, and to my surprise sent me a bag of candy as an apology. Wonderful business. So definitely order from them again.”
