“The workers were super helpful and patient with me. I like that there is a parking lot and shopping carts (for the Acme). I used their scale to check the weight of my package and also needed a little extra time to pack up (tape, attach label, etc). I was with my two kids and the patrons were all nice and extra considerate to me. I will come back here in the future.”

“I visited The UPS Store in Millburn, NJ on March 8th and was incredibly impressed by supervisor Nada's exceptional customer service. She was the only staff member there but managed to handle multiple customers efficiently, all while maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor. Even when a rush of customers came in, Nada stayed calm and composed, ensuring everyone received the best possible service. I overheard several other customers praising her as well. “Clean spot. I like this UPS Store. Only issue is, no parking. But almost everyone just parks in front and throw on their bazzard lights. I personally park with my passenger side wheels on top on the sidewalk. This block is a 2 way street with just one lane going each direction. No lane for street parking at all. But the staff is always nice. The people that visit this store, not always so nice. But you park, throw on the hazards and you're in and out. Place usually has 2 people working so you won't be in there long. No complaints and I'll always swing by.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Nic (the owner) and his incredible team at this UPS Store! They went above and beyond to make sure a time-sensitive package was picked up and delivered same day on time and without a hitch. We called the store expressing the urgency of the package delivery and Nic personally stepped in to coordinate everything and made what felt like a stressful situation completely seamless. Nic went above and beyond and delivered the package himself. The level of care, professionalism, and follow-through was outstanding. This kind of service is rare, and I’m so grateful. He was knowledgeable, polite & respectful & didn't make me feel like I was bothering him at all like at other places!! A true hard worker!!
I hope me gets recognized for the AMAZING job he's doing for UPS!!! There also was another rep who was great who gave Dario my message & questions too. I will definitely keep coming back to the Orient way location when I need all of my packages sent even though It's a bit of a drive for me but it's worth it!! “When I recently visited the post office to send some goodies off for the holidays, Janell went above and beyond to assist me with a complicated international shipment and even helped recommend the cheapest route possible. This location gets a lot of traffic so sometimes even when you get there right when they open so expect to take a least 30 mins to an hour. The staff here is really helpful and they aren't like other establishments where the staff looks super unhappy to be there.”

Extremely helpful even without getting anything out of it in return. They had me email the labels and the person who received the packages dropped them off and everything got situated perfectly.
They saved my butt! And all over the phone.”
