“I always have a great experience at this post office. Lemar is truly exceptional and one of the best USPS employees I have ever encountered. He is professional, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure customers are properly assisted. The rest of the staff is also very kind, welcoming, and helpful. I have never had an issue at this location, and I genuinely appreciate the consistent level of service provided here.”

“I find the different experiences amazing, running the gamut as they do. I have never had a problem there. People complaining about the parking? That's a Montclair issue, not a PO issue. I'm actually surprised the place is still open, given the other two locations, and just have to accept the limitations regarding closing (are the workers not entitled to a lunch break?) and other slight inconveniences.”
“New to the area and this will be my go to for returns and shipping! The staff is very kind and patient and they’ve been extremely helpful multiple times already and their hours are great!”
“The best & most courteous post office I have been to. The tellers are always pleasant and helpful. However, I wish there were more people working at times when the lines are long.”
