“I want highly COMMEND as well as RECOMMEND this particular UPS store because they have provided EXCEPTIONAL “5 Diamond/5 Star” service beyond compare!!! The store Manager, Gage Roman and the ENTIRE staff actually assisted us with thwarting a sophisticated criminal enterprise that nearly left my 81 year old father scammed and swindled out of $20,000 dollars!!! Gage Roman was the epitome of courteous, caring, thoughtful, patient, and professional assistance every step of the way in this process!!! If he can provide this level of service and assistance and compassion with customers in Colorado that he has never met in person then just imagine how much more so that Gage Roman and his ENTIRE staff will take care of your business needs in the greater Clifton New Jersey area!!! I can sing his praises all day long!!! This is merely the beginning of well deserved recognition, appreciation and exultations to be showered upon Gage Roman and his truly outstanding leadership at this store and the local community!!! My deepest and most sincere gratitude and appreciation to Gage Roman and his ENTIRE staff!!! -Keith Sarntee Boulder, Colorado”

“I needed something notarized and also had three children with me, right before lunchtime, so I was prepared for a challenging experience - especially when I walked in and saw 5 people in line ahead of me. The staff here are incredibly efficient and also so kind- I was utterly amazed at how quickly I was helped. Oftentimes when people are that quick, they are also not as personable or pleasant, but here they were both. I can't believe I had such an amazing experience at a UPS store.”

4 South Orange Avenue, South Orange Village NJ 07079
“I visit this location a lot and realized it deserves a review. Outstanding customer service. I'm sorry I didn't catch his name, but this morning a gent with long hair and a beard took care of a return of a big, heavy box for me. I was prepared but hadn't attached the label, so it could more easily be scanned. He printed my receipt and sent me on my way in less than a minute. Wouldn't let me affix the label or move the box for him or anything. A+ for kindness and service.”

360 Market St, Saddle Brook NJ 07663
“I’m in this post office often, always mailing something. The customer service reps are always polite, friendly, and professional. They are always helpful when I have questions. I have watched them talk to other customers, and I have never experienced them giving an attitude, even when customers ask the same question multiple times. Janell typically sits in the first seat; she always welcomes you with a smile. I don’t know the other lady’s name, but she’s always polite.”
