“This place looks a little run down on the outside but don't let that fool you. Dependable auto rental really lives up to its name. The guy there was very nice which is something you don't see much of in New Jersey. He told us that it would take two minutes and it took like 30 seconds. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for fast, friendly, and efficient service.”
“I honestly don't know where to begin! So I will start from the beginning! I was in a position where I had no other choice but to rent vehicles for an extended time period. I rented through other major car rental companies and my experience was fine, however, I was referred to Value Auto Rental by a trusted family member who has been renting from this company for many years. She told me to ask for "Manny" and boy oh boy am I glad I did! Not only did he go above and beyond to make sure I wa placed securely in one of their vehicles, he demonstrated the true meaning of customer service everytime I walked into the office or called on the phone. Brian was also just as gracious and hospitable. I rented various vehicles over approximately 5 months and I had ZERO issues! They have a life long customer and I have already been spreading the word! They might as well make me the face of VAR... hahaha! Thank you Manny and Brian for always making sure Miss Cali was taken care of!”

“Rented a dumpster for a clean out at my house, I talked to Lenny on the phone and he was very quick, polite and helpful with the rental, his driver came to my house and dropped it perfectly. “Smooth and easy pick up.. the owner took my information hooked the motorcycle trailer up securely and away I went.. had the trailer for the entire motorcycle week event with no issues trailer held up and the owner was a call away if I needed any help.. had a long trip back so I had a later drop off which wasn’t an issue with this location just a bit of communication went a long way.. I highly recommend this location for all u-haul rental needs more than 5* service”

“I wanted a truck and forgot to make a reservation online to pick it up. On my way to getting the truck I called and they make the reservation for me right on the phone. When I got to the store it was so quick and easy to get it. No long wait time and I only did a one way for only a flat fee. Over the Customer service was excellent.”

The train station is a 5 minute walk away. Take the train from the airport, get you car and off you go. Do the same when you return your rental. Just take note of their business hours when planning your trip.”
