“Very impressive facility and staff. Everything and everyone was so efficient from check in to discharge. And after discharge, the follow-ups have been consistent and showed sincere compassion for my pet and our situation. Nobody wants to have an emergency with their pet but we are all lucky to have a hospital like this when you need them.”
“I've been taking my cats here for years. The building was designed as vet clinic, with separate entrance and exit doors, and outdoor areas for animals that don't like waiting in a room of other animals.”
“I got my puppy, and this veterinary hospital seemed like a good place to go. I'm happy that I was correct! They have been with me and my sweet boy through everything and he loves going to the vet. Great staff, informative, and gentle. They take care of me and him, and that's all I could ask for. They have made time to address issues and see him even on short notice. They're amazing!”
“We have been taking our two cat siblings to Bound Brook Veterinary Clinic for over 14 years. The vets currently there are really caring and first rate. We usually see Dr Cuevas who is amazing but the other vets and techs are great as well. They really listen to your concerns and don’t rush you out. Not the least expensive but I don’t mind paying for great care for my kitties. And having an appointment on (or around) Valentines Day was a merry plus! Got a treat bag and had an option to take festive pictures. And the vet techs and front desk staff are also friendly and caring. Bound Brook Veterinary Clinic truly cares about your pets.”

“I’ve used Carnegie Cat Clinic for many years and through multiple cats. I have found the veterinarians to be thorough, kind and caring. They communicate clearly about any care and treatment recommended. The staff is equally friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this practice!”
“Very good care, and very good communication and concern for our dog. I am not sure how much it is understood that many vet clinics are owned by companies, and it only makes independent, quality places such as this stand out all the more.”
“I actually like this place it has been sometimes a little expensive but the more you go there it seems to be less expensive
The vet Amy is a sweetheart, loving caring and just generally so nice”

“My son and I brought our dog Bella to Animerge because she had ingested some cellophane. The whole staff were very caring not only for Bella, but for both of us as well. It would have been costly and very stressful for our dog to undergo testing, so Dr. Jenny, taking into consideration her medical condition and age, took a less aggressive approach that was more comfortable for us, and especially for Bella. We are grateful for her time and expertise. We have been to Animerge for previous emergencies, and we continue to highly recommend this facility for excellent emergency veterinary care.”

“This place is amazing. After a bad visit to a pet ER my cat was still sick. I called Progressive and Gwenn was super sweet and understanding about my concerns for my cat and got us in right away. Every single step of the way was explained in way I could understand. The vet tech Carrie was so gentle and caring and Dr T was amazing. They were in constant communication with us. Explained everything by using the actual x rays and toxology reports, so we could understand it. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Left us Feeling a lot better about my cat's health. And even sent treats and toys home for our other cats. Thank you so very much for all you did.”
“Love this place!!! Call and ask for Jason!!! He is always very friendly and always gets us an appointment same day! My dog Bella has had bad experience with Veterinarians in the past but with Jason’s experience with her breed and size (Pitbull) she and I are at ease with her care! Happy Pets has become the pitbull/bully hospital in the area because of Jason!! Happy Pets lives up to its name!!!!”
“Our Samoyed fell sick and Tracey, Dr. miller, Christina, Jen, and Brittney plus all of the other staff came to our rescue. We were here every single day. They made sure our fur baby was loved and cared for. They took time out of the busy day to make sure we had every med we needed. Truthfully they saved her life at 2 years old! We are beyond thankful for all of them!”
“The experience was excellent. The staff is very friendly and the doctor who treated my Pet, Dr. Anna, is super wonderful. I clarify all my doubts and examine my 3-month-old dog completely and in a very loving way. ❤️”
“They are outstanding, at least in this location. I’ve been bringing my poodle here for over a year, since he was born, and they have always been kind and attentive. The receptionists are wonderful, scheduling appointments is easy, and it’s never a hassle to get advice from the vet when needed. Plus, their health plan has exceeded our expectations, covering all of his needs exceptionally well.”
“Thank you to everyone there, from the bottom of my heart, for your truly compassionate and loving care you gave Mr Kitty today! Angels don't always have wings.”
“We found Dr. Newman and Harlingen after suffering through three different bad experiences, judgmental attitudes and expensive misdiagnoses in the Bridgewater area. Our Miniature Schnauzer was finally diagnosed with a congenital shunt defect which required special care/diet/medicine following a consultation at the Cornell Veterinarian Medical School. Dr. Newman took care of our schnauzer and gave annual feedback to the specialist for the duration of her 13 years. Dr. Newman was there when we had to say goodbye. It has taken us several years to feel that we could bring another dog into our family but recently became the owners of a new miniature schnauzer puppy. We could not wait to introduce her to Dr. Newman and the staff at Harlingen. They have been nothing but kind and professional over the years, always helpful; provide basic as well as advanced information and resources if needed; they always provide honest feedback when questions are asked. We never felt rushed; we never felt imposed upon financially. They are even willing to give you financial estimates if needed ahead of time. We recommend Harlingen whenever asked for a vet reference. For those people giving feedback about the wait, it is very difficult to provide quality medical care on a clock. You cannot have compassionate care and be on time always. I know this because I also work in human healthcare and being on time is always a challenge. Each visit presents unique concerns and care. I will always choose compassionate quality care over on-time performance and I am willing to wait for it. My recommendation is to always allow enough time to wait if that is your primary concern.”
