Terrible service at the pharmacy, they should all be replaced

I needed to talk to the pharmacy. You can't get a human being on the phone. No matter how I tried. I was calling for my mother who is 101. Because my phone number didn't match, I couldn't even leave a message. UNBELIEVABLE. I live in NY- I can't come 40 minutes just to talk to the pharmacy in person.
