Was there today right before the pharmacy closes between 1:30-2:00 for lunch. I walked up to the pharmacy counter at 1:25 and was met by an extremely rude woman (I thought her name tag said Donna but she later told me her name was Gina after I said I hope I receive a survey request) who said "We're closed for lunch." I replied it's not 1:30 yet. I asked to please allow me to pick up my prescription that I needed and she said no come back at 2:00. I refused to leave and another sweet woman helped me. I do NOT recommend this location and this is not the first time I've experienced rudeness at this store. Stay away at all costs!!

The pharmacy tech, a short Caucasian lady, I wish I got her name was VERY rude to me. There was a drug not in stock and she rudely said to me, "we don't have this". I asked her "can you do a partial prescription?". This is because I myself am a board certified physician that tells patients to do this and she said "I don't have to tell you if we can do that. Go-to another CVS" and walked away. Short Caucasian pharm tech. This happened at 230pm on 9/11/23. I plan of reporting this to corporate since it is a pharmacies responsibility to fill a prescription in partial if they do not have enough quantity.

This CVS is the worst. Pharmacy is full of ignorant and rude pharmacist and staff. The front cashier is d*** as hell. He walks around stupidly and has no common sense at all to questions being asked. Going to Westwood from now. Can't deal with nasty and d*** as people.

Customer service is a big fat zero! Try to get someone on the phone from the pharmacy without them hanging up on you. Then if you get someone, they are the nastiest, least helpful people imaginable. Management needs to step up here and make some changes. Absolute awful experience.

The worst customer service out of all CVS locations. The woman who picked up the phone hung up on me last month and this month. This is the only CVS location that gives me a hard time checking on the status of my prescriptions. According to other reviews, no person is happy with this pharmacy. I wish they could employ better personnel.

Do not use this CVS for anything! Worst customer service (very rude on the phone) and they lost a package that I dropped off for UPS and has not been helpful or offered any help at all to retrieve it. Will file a formal complaint with their head office and police to investigate them! I would give them no star but not an option unfortunately!

If I could give this place zero stars I would! Horrible customer service! Nobody answers the phone and when they do they will hang up on you.

If you need something from the pharmacy, would strongly recommend Wegman’s instead (if you prefer a larger organization) or any local small pharmacy. The staff at CVS are very kind, but severely understaffed. This store, like many other CVS stores is just a reflection of a large corporation ran inefficiently. For example, I just called to speak with the pharmacist regarding a prescription for one of my patients. After spending 4 minutes pushing buttons and constantly being redirected to the voicemail, I called the front desk. They said the pharmacy was open but only one pharmacist is in the back. Why? With a gross profit of 128 billion in the past 12 months the CVS corporation can easily afford to hire more help. It’s unethical to work the employees this hard and completely unnecessary.

I am so incredibly disappointed at this CVS' hold time. I swear every time I call its as if no one works there. I usually wait over 20/30 minutes for someone to answer the phone. I go through the hold music countless times, not to mention the song basically puts me to sleep. Do better. My time is valuable and as a large corporation I would expect that to be respected. Unbelievable.

The pharmacy is horrible! They refuse to transfer information to pharmacies outside their network in order to keep business. This delays care and adds more wasted time for the prescribing person.Next, they generate wasteful paper coupons instead of providing it electronically via the app. Why do they encourage using their app and limit the benefits.

First time using this pharmacy and it was the most unprofessional experiance. No hello, no nothing, asked me for my name, gave her my license, she literally threw it back on the counter, asked me to pay and walked away. If there was an award for the most unprofessional service, they would definitely win!
