I don’t know how understaffed their pharmacy department is but everyone there was rude and cold. We waited in line for a long time and The cashier in the pharmacy dept was not even trying to be helpful. I then waited for a long time to speak to a pharmacist (blond woman) and she did not even look at me during the whole conversation. Her attitude also threw me off and I didn’t even bother saying “thank you” before I left. Night and day compared to the acme Mahwah pharmacy I normally go to.

Unfortunately, my partner had a bad experience with one of the pharmacists. When she asked about a prescription that was out of stock for a couple of months, the pharmacist responded rudely and unfairly. It was a mere question that was answered with an attitude. I understand that people have bad days, but that doesn’t give one an excuse to be rude to a stranger. Be better.

The pharmacy is awful!!!! There is always a huge line, the people who work there are so rude. I am going to start going to Wegmans for my prescriptions because this place is truly the worst. The store is also never stocked properly.

AWFUL experience with the pharmacy here. They recently filled a new prescription for me and the dosage instructions were dangerously incorrect. The pharmacist was rude, dismissive and unapologetic when I pointed out the issue. I'm going to move all of my prescriptions out of this store because it's too risky when you have staff members who don't care enough to protect their customers. Everyone working at the pharmacy seems miserable--a few weeks ago one of the pharmacy techs was having a loud argument with the pharmacist, shouting and videotaping their confrontation and threatening to submit it to Human Resources. The next time I went in they told me he got fired. I no longer trust these people to handle my health care needs.

Was there today right before the pharmacy closes between 1:30-2:00 for lunch. I walked up to the pharmacy counter at 1:25 and was met by an extremely rude woman (I thought her name tag said Donna but she later told me her name was Gina after I said I hope I receive a survey request) who said "We're closed for lunch." I replied it's not 1:30 yet. I asked to please allow me to pick up my prescription that I needed and she said no come back at 2:00. I refused to leave and another sweet woman helped me. I do NOT recommend this location and this is not the first time I've experienced rudeness at this store. Stay away at all costs!!

The pharmacy tech, a short Caucasian lady, I wish I got her name was VERY rude to me. There was a drug not in stock and she rudely said to me, "we don't have this". I asked her "can you do a partial prescription?". This is because I myself am a board certified physician that tells patients to do this and she said "I don't have to tell you if we can do that. Go-to another CVS" and walked away. Short Caucasian pharm tech. This happened at 230pm on 9/11/23. I plan of reporting this to corporate since it is a pharmacies responsibility to fill a prescription in partial if they do not have enough quantity.

This CVS is the worst. Pharmacy is full of ignorant and rude pharmacist and staff. The front cashier is d*** as hell. He walks around stupidly and has no common sense at all to questions being asked. Going to Westwood from now. Can't deal with nasty and d*** as people.
