Thankfully Empirx is easy enough to call and speak to a representative. My family also has a troubleshoot rep, Daniella Calderon who without doubt does her job. She is very helpful with any concerns and/or problems and for that I’m so appreciative :)

This is the worst prescription drug company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. If your organization is considering switching to them like ours did, plead with them to reconsider. I have been on the same medicine for 5 years and it has been filled by CVS mail order with no problems. We switched to EmpiRx and they run clinical reviews and deny anything they want, just to save money. I have now been denied three times. Each time, my doctor reduced the dosage to within the "plan limits" and it was still denied. Talk to your HR departments and let them know how bad EmpiRx is. Also, you will notice that the other "fake" reviews talk about how great so and so was. When was the last time you noticed the person's name that you talked to on the phone? Exactly! Fake Reviews!

I have been dealing with EmpiRx for a little over a year now. Christina & Daniella go above & beyond for me with every issue I have. They answer my phone calls almost immediately. And handle my issues within the day. Its very refreshing. I highly recommend using this company.

Currently withdrawing from ADHD medication because of this company's greed. I feel completely miserable, I can't make it to work on time and I am not living up to expectations at work.I have been trying desperately to get my medication for the last week, but because a generic is "available" they denied the name brand. I have called 17 pharmacies and all of them have told me I won't be able to find the generic vyvanse anywhere. After multiple people from EmpiRX told me to keep calling places and that it's my responsibility to find the generic, I finally reached a person with a heart who put through a special request for them to cover the name brand. Surprise surprise, it was denied because they have it available via mail order (they could've told me this from the beginning but they didn't). I now have to wait until next week as it's the weekend. They couldn't tell me what day it will be delivered and they told me someone has to be there to sign for it. I, like most people, am unavailable to just sit at home waiting for this drug to be delivered, so I will have to try to figure out how to be there. This is corporate greed at its finest. If you have a choice, use a different insurance provider. These people are evil corporate monsters, destroying lives of working people that need medication for quality of life.

Worst company ever. Placed order to refill meds 8 days ago…still in progress, called customer service and she said the cost had to be approved, they sent me a letter, still haven’t received it. They have my email n phone #, why send snail mail?? Wish I could go back to my neighborhood pharmacy.

Denies everything, you will have to spend 20 hrs a month to get simple prescriptions fulfilled. My wife and I have to go without proper care due to this companies cost savings obstruction of medical care. Demand better from your employer and/or Union.

My insurance company uses EmpiRx for prescriptions and when we first switched over to them, I was frustrated with how many prior authorizations are regularly requested. However, after hearing my concerns, I was assigned a rep that I could contact directly if I had issues getting any prescriptions processed. Bushra, the first rep, was great at getting everything to go through, and now after Leeana took over that role, I am still incredibly impressed with how efficient she is and how patient, friendly, and personable she is to interact with. Thank you so much for always helping me out!

Received a call from Melissa at EmpiRX. She gave us great information on how we can lower the cost on 2 of our expensive medications! She was wonderful and saved us a ton of money!. I am very impressed that the company would not only contact us, but were so forthcoming with ways to save us money. I am quite impressed with Melissa and EmpiRX for keeping their customers informed, and happy!!

Giving an extra star because when I do call, they are usually kind and able to resolve the issues in a timely manner. But I am tired of having to call at all! Every time I refill a prescription I get a notification from the pharmacy that there is an issue with the insurance. This never happened previously and I'm not sure why it is an issue every single time. So frustrating!

Wow..seems like a few negative reviews. Well I have a great review even though it took me a couple of months to finally get my Dexilant, it's the only medication that worked my acid reflux and of course it was on a step therapy so I had to try two different medication. Well I had tried one and it was working and I took it daily!! I called EmpireX and they kept telling me they need a prior authorization, which my doctor did fill out and sent in.Long story short I received a call from Jennifer who was a patient advocate and she asked if there was anything she could help me with. Ooh yes and I told her my fight with my meds. Well let me tell you Jennifer got my Dexilant approved within in two days!!!! So, shout out to Jennifer and a big THANK YOU!!
