    Spoke to Andrea today! Couldn't. ask for any better service... Was having difficulty with my pre-authorization and communication between the doctor's office and the pharmacy... Well was so happy that Andrea followed thru and got everything done and was able to get my much needed meds. Thank you again Andrea!

    I went back and forth to get a vital drug approved. Margarita was my rep’s name. She followed up on absolutely everything with a phone call. She made sure my doctors had all their t’s crossed and i’s dotted. I’m a very thankful for Margarita and all that she did!

    This is one of the worst insurance if you ever have to have this group make sure you download GoodRx, Singletary, basically any discount cause they aren't going approve most the meds one might need. Needless to say after 3.5months people are still waiting to be approved for medications.
