“I would like to recognize Andrea Randolph. I moved to the Kansas City area and was having issues finding a pharmacy that could refill my prescriptions. I called Empirx health numerous times and was unable to get any help by anyone. I had enrolled in the cobra of the insurance that I had and was telling them of the problem I was having getting my prescriptions filled and Empirx health couldn't help me. They connected me to Andrea. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND!! She researched which pharmacy I could use. Checked all my prescriptions for cost and got with my providers to get the documents needed in order to fill my prescriptions. Not only all of that, she contacted the pharmacy and gave them all the info needed to fill my prescriptions. She called me every step of the way until every last prescription was taken care of. Andrea is amazing and I can't thank her enough!!
