“Rich & crew replaced the 46RE trans in my 1999 Dakota RT. Previous shop: was Gold Seal, closed, in Upper Saddle River. Big trans, 5.9 engine and a tight fit. A Perfect job, + reversed flowed the trans cooler.
4 years later, it runs perfect, driven 366 days a year, towing, and loaded with tools or heavy Home Depot items.
Repeat customer, I travel from Long Island for this shop and I'm frequently stuck in traffic for hours on the GW Bridge. Trans: never over-heats, and shifts perfect.”

We had a small hitch initially but KevIn’s response to it was A+ ! A few days after our transmission was replaced I felt a little bit of rattling on the driver’s side floorboard. I called KevIn right away and he kindly accommodated me , put the car up on the lift and reinspected everything, Secured a bar that had somehow loosened and it’s been good since.”

“I had my 2008 Ford F-250 brought in after some shop screwed up my front end at a place in Ny state. Total Performance is the best shop in the AREA hands down , the guys fixed my front end, rebuilt my rear due to it was howling, starter replaced , and now I’m bringing my truck back for more work to be done cause Ford sucks when it comes to rotting. My truck is lifted with 37x12.50r17 2 door supercab with an 8 foot bed. “I was traveling back home to Connecticut from New Jersey and my tire blew out.I called a tow company who could only take me to the nearest enterprise which was closed !Iam six months pregnant, it was late and I was left in a parking lot in the back of a shop rite next door .I called several mechanics who either never showed or wanted an arm and a leg. Thank god I was able to call this place because they saved my life! They got me a tire (from the Bronx by the way) and brought it all the way to white plains where i was stranded. Paul literally got my tire swapped out in a matter of minutes!! They got me home safe with no problems. I am beyond grateful and would recommend their service to anybody . Thank you Pand Ts!”
