“I went to the shop in person asking when I could bring my vehicle in for an oil change. I was told it could be done right then. I was not able to stay at that time. Eugene said come back when you can and we will take care of your car. I came back a few hours later and was taken right away. In addition to an oil change, all the fluids were topped off. The entire experience was professional, comfortable and done in a timely manner. This is a great shop and the mechanics are wonderful.”

“Chrysler replaced my transmission twice. When it broke the third time, I brought it to Barrett. Rich called me at the end of everyday giving me updates. He even stayed late one night to get it done becauce we were without a car for 2 weeks waiting for chrysler. Chrysler has still not returned any of our calls.

“My experience with Kevin at Closter Transmission could not have been better than it was! My first experience was two years ago either a 2013 Honda Pilot that was diagnosed and fixed quickly, and for a very reasonable price, and at the same time my brakes were done. Because Kevin was so honest and reasonable with that repair, when I decided to buy a used 2003 Volkswagen Beetle, as a fun retirement car, it’s a convertible, ( something I couldn’t not afford in the 70’s) and it immediately showed that the transmission was not in the best shape, I immediately bought it to Kevin, I did fear my fun car could turn into a nightmare, however Kevin had the car for two weeks and didn’t give up until he figured out how to fix the existing transmission and again at a very reasonable price! “I had my 2008 Ford F-250 brought in after some shop screwed up my front end at a place in Ny state. Total Performance is the best shop in the AREA hands down , the guys fixed my front end, rebuilt my rear due to it was howling, starter replaced , and now I’m bringing my truck back for more work to be done cause Ford sucks when it comes to rotting. My truck is lifted with 37x12.50r17 2 door supercab with an 8 foot bed.
