“My family and I had the most incredible service experience at this hotel in Montvale, despite finding this location out of circumstance after we had several plane cancelations and over 36 hours spent at Newark. Upon check in at an ungodly hour, the staff could not have been nicer. When we finally got up to get ready for our rebooked flight, the lady working the cafe was so kind to my family. And finally, and this is what really brings me to writing this review, is the amazing staff member Michael Proto. When we finally arrived home in LA, my 11 year old realized he left his blankie which he had since birth in the room we stayed in. My son was hysterical crying realizing he lost it somewhere on our canceled flights and hotel. I called and got Michael on the line. Immediately he said he would look for it; he put me on a brief hold, spoke to housekeeping and found it. Not only that, I explained we live across the country and that I would gladly pay for shipping or any means to get it home. Right away he said no problem, figured out there was a UPS store near the hotel, and went there for me to mail it. We are global travelers and we have never ever experienced service like this! Thank you Michael you have made us loyal Marriott members for life.”

“We recently celebrated our daughter Zoe's baptism at Park West Loft, and it exceeded every expectation. From our very first conversation, Vikki and her team were absolutely outstanding. They were attentive, friendly, professional, and always responsive. At no point did we ever feel pressured. Instead, they genuinely cared about making our event special and worked with us every step of the way. We hosted 125 guests, and everyone fit comfortably while the space still felt warm and intimate. The food was exceptional, and our guests are still talking about it. The bartenders and serving staff were phenomenal. They were attentive, friendly, and incredibly professional, ensuring our guests were always taken care of. The level of service throughout the event was second to none. What truly set Park West Loft apart was how they made us feel. From beginning to end, we felt like family rather than just another event. That genuine hospitality is something you don't find often. Our guests couldn't stop complimenting the beautiful venue, incredible food, and outstanding service. “We have hosted both of our daughters' birthday parties at Sweet & Sassy, and each one was completely different, a Princess Party for one daughter and a K-Pop Party for the other. I can't say enough wonderful things about our experiences! From the very beginning, the staff did an amazing job communicating with us, helping us coordinate every detail, and walking us through all of the available options. They made the planning process so easy and stress-free. One of the things I love most about Sweet & Sassy is how unique their party offerings are. Even though our daughters chose two completely different themes with two different groups of kids, each party felt personalized and perfectly suited to the birthday girl and her guests. The party hosts were energetic, hands-on, organized, and so kind with the kids. They kept everything running smoothly while making sure every child felt included and had a great time. Both parties truly felt magical, and the memories our girls made will last a lifetime. “We cannot say enough incredible things about Paramount Country Club—it truly exceeded every expectation. One of the biggest reasons our wedding day was so seamless was because of Alana, the absolute best coordinator you could ask for. From start to finish, she was there for us every step of the way and genuinely made us feel like no request was ever too big—she somehow made everything happen. From our very first meeting through the wedding day, she answered all of our questions and allowed us to stop by the venue multiple times for measurements, walkthroughs, tastings, and to drop off items ahead of time, which made planning so much easier. On the wedding day itself, you truly do not need to hire an outside coordinator—Alana is right there the entire day, communicating with vendors, keeping everything on schedule, and making sure every detail runs perfectly. And Maria is truly an angel. Having her with you on the wedding day is absolutely incredible. She steamed all of our dresses and suits, made sure we were eating and drinking throughout the day, kept the bridal and groom suites stocked with food and drinks, bustled my dress, and helped with anything and everything we needed. Her presence alone made the day feel calmer and far less stressful. The grounds are absolutely stunning, with gorgeous mountain views in the background (a must for me), and our photos came out incredible. Being able to stay on-site and get ready in the cottage is a total game changer and made the experience even better. Another huge highlight is the food—there are so many options for both cocktail hour and dinner, and every single one was a hit. Our guests are still talking about how impressed they were, and the service throughout the entire event was truly above and beyond. We would recommend Paramount Country Club to anyone without hesitation—it was the perfect venue for the most unforgettable day.”

“My son had a great birthday party here last weekend! Our backyard party got rained out and the owners were very accommodating to our last-minute plans. We had a mix of ages from 1.5 to 5 and not one kid was bored. I really liked having the place to ourselves so parents could relax a bit more. Our helper was very enthusiastic and lent a hand whenever we needed it. I kind of wish there was a party FAQ so I didn't have to bother the owner with questions but they were very responsive to everything I asked.”
