Courtyard Montvale is a popular hotel for wedding guests, though this can lead to noisy early mornings from other guests. The property is nice and conveniently located for Monsey, with a great area for walks. Some rooms, like the King Suite, are excellent with lots of space, comfortable beds, and a great view. The hotel has a Starbucks on site and is near convenience stores and eateries. However, service issues have occurred, including rooms not being properly cleaned or ready upon late arrival, with problems like unclean bedding. There have also been significant check-in problems where reserved rooms were given away despite confirmed bookings, leading to payment disputes. While the staff can be great and amenities like a mini fridge and firepit are a plus, room details like TV placement can be inconvenient.
No fridge in the room, staying for 3 days without a means to keep food fresh. Nice. Changed back to 5 stars. Room had a fridge.

You can tell when a hotel cuts corners , employees don’t care, and management won’t go the first mile let alone the extra. Gave this place two chances because everyone has an off day/week but fool me once , fool me twice

Weird they charge $15 per night for parking. Room was fine otherwise.
