Service and everyone was amazing. Very kind and very quick to get a solution. The only issue I had was when I opened the door to enter, an abhorrent concoction of a rancid smell exited the door with a fury. I could tell there was such a strong residing odor in the building as when I opened the door, there was a heavy draft of reek that tried to sweep me off my feet. As I walked inside and spoke with the representatives, I was fighting the inner urger to vomit from the dangerous sulfuric attack on my nasal cavity. It was like if someone decided to not shower for a month and eat nothing but garlic and Funyuns and then somehow infuse the floor carpeting with that stench. I am sure if a child under 2 years old were to enter, they would not be able to survive. I survived because my friend’s roommate was a man named Keyshawn Mason from Ohio, who would live in his own filth to such a degree where you could see mold growing from his bed. The stench that Keyshawn Mason was able to brew could have been considered a national level threat and not to dissimilar to a nuclear weapon. This Verizon store was pretty damn close to that level of putrid stench. To this Verizon establishment, please add an air freshener or remove the Funyun infused carpeting. Better yet, call the absolutely non-corrupt World Health Organization and let them explore this Verizon store and see if any new virus could be created from the biological warfare happening there.

My recent visit to the Verizon store in Montvale, NJ, was exceptional! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They helped me find the perfect phone and plan quickly and explained everything clearly. The service was top-notch, and I left feeling confident in my decision. Highly recommend this store for all your telecommunications needs!

The team here at this Verizon location are wonderful to work with! Andy, Raven, and Zach go above and beyond to ensure every customer coming through here has a positive experience. Highly recommend coming here, they make the experience painless and are straight forward on how plans and promos work without a run around.

Let me first say that the store representatives are great at this location, particularly Raven. Raven was very friendly, respectful, and helped me acquire my new phone and phone plan. The problem with this store is that they are completely understaffed and cannot meet the needs of all their customers due to that very reason. I had to wait three hours to get my new phone (no fault of Raven's) due to this happening, in addition to Verizon's call center being completely incompetent. That is why I'm rating this store a 1 out of 5.

This store is a breath of fresh air. I had spent hours on the phone witn Verizon to try to set my order straight but to no avail. I traveled to both "corporate" and "non-corporate" Verizon stores , but they too could not seem to figure out how fix my accand help me buy a new phone. However, here, things were different. Jonathan, the store manager, stayed well beyond when the store typically closes to straighten out my account and help me buy a new phone. He was super professional and got the job done! I would advise: Do buy your next device online, over the phone, or in any other Verizon store - corporate and non-corporate alike. Come to Russel Cellular! Jonathan will have you fixed, happy and ready to go in no time!

the store associate wasn't helpful at all. Its not the Verizon store and only third part retailer. tbh I will not recommend anyone getting ripped off here. they will charge you $50 service fee for turning your phone on. also Verizon corporate or apple store doesn't charge anything. also ask the associate how much the total gonna be before you even buy anything cause the associate doesn't explain the charges. Russell cellular in general everywhere is a rip off

Had a very positive experience tonight. The store was crowded but Jonathan was a master of customer service and efficiency. As each new customer entered, he greeted them and assessed their needs. He toogled back and forth between me and another customer and was still able to process a phone pick up for yet another customer. Despite the fact that I had to "share" Jonathan with several other customers, I had a new phone in 15 minutes.
