“I have been to this location N no of times (near to my home). The staff are helpful and polite. One branch manager is there to route you to the designated point of contact.
For clerical things like cash withdrawals, cheques, and demand drafts, there are 3-4 counters, and for banking things (opening an A/c, CD account, or any financial-related things), they have a dedicated expert.
I always make an appointment before visiting the relationship manager for any work.
Johanna used to work there and she helped a lot with my day-to-day banking things. Today I got the chance to meet Neha Pradhan and she was really helpful.
