“All the employees are excellent! They give us such excellent customer service, it makes us feel important. I guess that is the benefit of going with a community bank versus a large chain bank - to them you are no one. But when I walk through the door at Provident on Smith Rd in Parsippany, I know everyone. They are all so friendly, especially Robert & Justin. We have personal and business accounts so there are many times when I need copies of checks or financial statements for creditors and these guys get it done! I would highly recommend this bank to anyone looking for a great bank with great service!”

“I had an issue with my online banking a very, very nice lady by the name of Sarah at the 1077 Route 46 Parsippany New Jersey branch was more than professional more than kind went out of our way to resolve this issue. “So as an institution, Chase it was it is with it’s benefits and disadvantages. This review is for the local experience at the branch in Lake Hiawatha. I visited in the afternoon in June 23rd. I received a friendly greeting from a woman who seemed to be the Manager (or manager of the retail banking area) and then was assisted by a fellow named Mike.
I had a number of questions and Mike spent a large amount of time patiently assisting me. He also printed out copies of materials addressing my questions. He couldn’t have been more helpful.
