They were able to check out my car right away and quickly found the issue. Loose lug nuts due to negligence was the problem and they made sure everything was handled and safe to drive. “I have brought my car ALL over. From mavis to the dealership I bought my car from. I needed an oil change and didn't have time to set up an appointment at my dealership. I called Jiffy Lube and they said bring it in. There was NO wait. They took my car right in and even brought my carbon filter out so I can see how NASTY it was. Like I said I have brought my car to the dealership where I bought my car from and they overlooked my carbon filter every time. I will be bringing my car here from now on. “Super quick to get an oil change done if you use the Google maps 'how busy is it now' timing. I was in and out in 25 minutes from when I pulled into the parking lot. Look for coupons before you go, $15 off is common. Way faster than going to the dealership and a few bucks cheaper for me. I'll continue going here.”
