“I was a vendor at a food festival next to the branch, and I’m really grateful I met Banker AHMED ELFERT. He took the time to learn about my business and what I was selling, then introduced me to Citibank checking account bonus.
He made the whole process easy and helped me open account in just minutes without even going inside the branch. Thanks to him, I should be receiving the $325 bonus after I finish the deposit required, and I was so impressed that I made sure all 3 of my employees open accounts so they could get the bonus too.
He also introduced me to business products and asked me to set up a meeting at the branch to walk me through everything in detail, which I appreciated. I couldn’t get half of this treatment at my current bank and I will make sure to move all my business with citibank going forward.

“The new Assistant Manager Andrew Samaroo is an absolutely invaluable asset to this branch. If you want to open a bank account with confidence, book your appointment with him. Not only does he make the process easy, but he makes it a point to educate you on the 'how and why' of banking altogether and he's not afraid to level with you about what you should and shouldn't be doing with your finances, which is so hard to come across when bankers today just focus on SELLING you so many things instead of being upfront and honest. I walked away with a new account, a credit card that helped me wipe my debt out a lot quicker than I would've done on my own and tips on saving and budgeting that I wish I knew sooner. I'll be banking with TD a lot more comfortably and will be telling all my friends to schedule appointments with him. My only critique is that he gets booked so quickly so maybe he has a reputation already (very well deserved), but if you see an opportunity to schedule time with him, do so ASAP! You seriously won't regret it!”
