I dropped a package off 9/4 in the Moonachie Redneck Ave drop off box out front. The receiver notified me today 9/8 that it doesn’t show I shipped. I contacted FedEx customer service who told me they still have the package in Moonachie but it hasn’t shipped due to the long Labor Day weekend. Four days?

Fedex is terrible they are so interested in providing automated service that the automation hangs up the phone multiple times. I hope that they go out of business. Fedex ground must wait to next business day for pickup. One star is too much. I would suggest using UPS Brown Truck

No print option here, and sometimes they're even out of supplies. But the best part is you can drop off until 8:30 p.m. for overnight delivery.
The closest print option is like 2 to 4 miles away.
