This is the second time a package has not been delivered to my apartment building. Straightaway marked as attempted delivery and no one to receive. Nobody rang the apartment or called me when they were trying to deliver.

The worst Fedex location ever. Don't they pay their employees here? Or does Fedex educate their employees to do that to customers at work? The desk employee was not only rude but tripped my luggage over (not saying sorry even), teard the box off (not saying sorry again) and didn't fix but just threw that right in front me. If she didn't want to carry the stuff, she can ask me but she just did that, I have no idea what's going on here.

There has been multiple times where I would wait for a package and then get notified that delivery could not be completed because we were not home. Meanwhile, no one rang our apartment.
Then when you try to go in person to pick up a package, they do not want to look for it.

This is not a first time experience. FedEx concerned with their job is their time. The alot time that they have to be back to the center. My point here is I live on the 2nd floor apartment and Im not well. The package is my very important medication so that I could still live in this world. He/She rang the doorbell 3 times one after the other. I was in the bathroom literally sitting on the toilet. I moved fast and run downstairs and He/She is gone. The person living on the first floor came out as well. I even stand in the middle of the street. It was not even 5 mins. I came back upstairs the front door was posted already. This is truly terrible, terrible, terrible service, If I fall on the stairs would FedEx take the responsibility and accountability??

I took off or work expecting a very important package was glued to the window all day I saw the fed ex driver park infront of my house I ran to the door and the driver took off . I got a messaged right after stating failed delivery? How was that an attempt no one stepped out the van or even attempted to go to my door. I am highly upset because it was an important package for my business I truly needed. Now I have to wait till next week when no one will be home to sign my package and then for a third attempt to go pick it up. That was highly unprofessional lack of etiquette and respect for other people’s time and packages I hope I never have to use this service again. And this was a driver from the moonachie location. Highly frustrated !

The worst place ever they say that they tried to deliver your package, but nobody comes to your door. I have cameras on the door on the windows nobody came and they said the business is closed. What business I don’t understand.

This place wasted so much of my time. Failed to honor my request for delivery and pick up twice. They do not communicate with other. They tell you one thing and never follow up and follow through. It’s literally insane. I was so inconvenienced between their empty promises and lack of competence. Please shut this place down.

Zero stars if possible. Can’t be on time. Terrible help from the call center. Use any other delivery service if available. I would play more to avoid having to use them.
