“Short back story, me and my family were displaced from a house fire. We were recommended to Lakes Appliance through our contractor. The manager Scott sat down with us and took the time out to see what we needed and what we wanted. After making our selections he was able to give us everything cheaper than what major department stores were offering for the appliances. On the day of delivery the guys were on time and carried everything inside the house for our contractor to install. Once our power was restored to the property our dryer wasn’t powering on but without hesitation the manager Scott setup a replacement delivery for the dryer. On the day of the 2nd delivery the guys were on time and swapped out the inoperable dryer with the new one. They really went above and beyond what they were responsible for by stacking our drying, reconnecting the brackets and the gas and vent. If ever you are in the need for new appliances i would 100% recommend Lakes Appliance! Thank you!”
“STILL SATISFIED!!About a year ago I purchased four new appliances from Andy Diamond at Albo’s in Maple Shade. During that time I was rehabbing from five major orthopedic surgeries and Andy was wonderful advising me and getting the appliances installed asap. Andy is a most cheerful, kind and caring man, in addition to being very knowledgeable. I think of him on a regular basis as he made my life so much easier and I love the choices he helped me make. “I had a problem with a missing grill mfr shipped it UPS lost it. I called customer service and spoke to Theresa the nicest person you ever want to talk too. She understood my problem and she promised to take of it she said she throughly investigate it. Got back to me an hour later and found out UPS lost it. She reordered the grill for me and put a rush on it and gave me a discount for reordering it. She is the best employee at Home Depot I want to thank her for gold star customer service. You have any problems get a hold of Theresa.”

“Traveled from Philly to this store since there are no longer any Oreck stores in my area. My approximately 20 year vacuum was now difficult to push & not picking up. The gentlemen came out from the back office immediately. Plugged in the vacuum and evaluated what needed to be done. Even though he had a pile of repairs ahead of me he said he would fix it right then. I didn't have to ask, he volunteered. I was so grateful that I didn't need to leave it and make another trip. This man showed what customer service is all about!! He was wonderful and took pride in his knowledge about the product. A rare find in today's world!”
“We had excellent experience with AAA. Julie Mensa was our consultant. She was thoroughly professional and extremely patient as she walked us through all the choices and prices. Ultimately, we selected Fabuwood cabinets for our kitchen. They arrived on time. There were a couple of issues once installation began (some of our own making) and Julie was able to resolve all of them in the timely fashion. In the end, we wound up with a beautiful kitchen and laid out exactly as I wanted it. I highly recommend, if you're planning on using AAA Distributors, to ask for Julie.”

“So I went in to get a tv. I was met by Nick Weissmann. I was gonna get something cheap for my ps5. He talked about different tvs, brands and specs. I told him what I was looking for in size. I purchased an LG TV. It was a little more than I wanted but man, it was worth it. “This is the single greatest home improvement store I have ever had the pleasure of shopping at. The staff at this particular Home Depot are second to none. All too often you go into a home improvement store and the employees are less than helpful, but not here. The associates in plumbing, electrical, power tools, lawn/garden, hardware and more are some of the most well-versed and helpful people you could hope for. You need to know anything about anything? Ask for Coach. I have yet to have a question that someone there couldn’t answer, and I have a lot of questions on a lot of projects. I swear it’s like Home Depot cherry-picks their best employees to work at this location. It’s always clean, always well stocked, and it never feels overly crowded. I hope corporate gives this location the recognition it deserves because living close to this store should raise your property value.”
“Never have any issues here. Be prepared though that Home Depot and their competitor are brand specific. So if you are (more specifically) a professional landscaper and your business only uses certain brand tools they will not have all the most popular brands out there. So it does sometimes make it difficult if you're on a job and need something quick i.e. filters and it's not a brand they carry. Also be prepared that not all locations carry the same level of equipment. There's a difference when you go to one that's in the city or deep in the burbs.”
