He made everything super easy and pain free (or as pain free as it can be spending hundreds of bucks lol but that’s on the state not him). He was super personable and easy to get along with and very clear and upfront about the entire process and pricing. I have two other vehicles that will eventually also need transferring so we will certainly be back. Only negative was parking but that’s to be expected in this area. Highly recommend!!”

“Wow. I want to give a huge shout out to Janis Bailey. I went to turn my tags in because my registration was suspended. Come to find out she told me that my registration was never suspended and I still had insurance on my vehicle. She showed me proof that I still had insurance on my vehicle and I didn’t have to do that three month suspension. She cleared everything off and I was back on the road. I highly recommend going to Imperial Agency because they’ll explain everything you need to know and will help you take the next steps on what to be done. I also recommend going to Janis Bailey because she is a big help and she’ll give you correct information and you’ll be back driving like me. This taught me a lesson to always make sure you’re stuff on your vehicle is up to date and I thank God for Janis Bailey.”
