After dealing with frustrating discrepancies across my multiple auto policies with State Farm owner and other past staff, Rohan actually understood how positive customer service skills are important and essential to ANY Business. I was deeply disappointed with how my previous concerns were mishandled which caused more out of pocket charges for a rider I thought I had all these years, recently finding out I did not.
As someone who has never missed a single payment since opening my policies in 2019, I felt as though my business didn't matter to the owner-agent, and my past phone calls were far from pleasing. “Good evening Google Family. I visited since I am switching from one company to another one. I wanted to know rates. I am here to kill time since the place that I wish to go to is not open right now. The Cell phone place opens at 11 am and it is only 10 am. I was helped by an agent named Mike. Mike set up a virtual appointment with me by email. I love this method, instead of sitting in the office.I get to sit in my own house. Mike was very professional and polite. I look forward to our Zoom meeting tomorrow. Have a good night, workout, be fit and fabulous especially for people over the age of 50 years. The State Farm office has two locations, the one here plus one in Conshohocken on Butler Pike. Located in a small shopping center where there's a Manhattan Bagel plus a Chinese restaurant. Good experience so far.”

“Mike was fantastic. I had a unique situation (who doesn’t!) and needed to transfer my vehicle title and registration from Texas and into my new married name. He made everything super easy and pain free (or as pain free as it can be spending hundreds of bucks lol but that’s on the state not him). He was super personable and easy to get along with and very clear and upfront about the entire process and pricing. I have two other vehicles that will eventually also need transferring so we will certainly be back. Only negative was parking but that’s to be expected in this area. Highly recommend!!”

“Wow. I want to give a huge shout out to Janis Bailey. I went to turn my tags in because my registration was suspended. Come to find out she told me that my registration was never suspended and I still had insurance on my vehicle. She showed me proof that I still had insurance on my vehicle and I didn’t have to do that three month suspension. She cleared everything off and I was back on the road. I highly recommend going to Imperial Agency because they’ll explain everything you need to know and will help you take the next steps on what to be done. I also recommend going to Janis Bailey because she is a big help and she’ll give you correct information and you’ll be back driving like me. This taught me a lesson to always make sure you’re stuff on your vehicle is up to date and I thank God for Janis Bailey.”
