“The associates at this store really went above and beyond! I am rarely so impressed with a store and how it is run. From when I first arrived up through checkout everyone was so helpful and kind. But what really impressed me was after I left. On my way out I dropped a pair of shoes I had just purchased. The manager found them, looked up my phone number through my Carter's account, and called to let me know before I had gotten very far. She then offered to bring the shoes out when I arrived so I didn't have to unload the kids out of the car. It was one of the nicest interactions, and I could tell she cared about me as a customer and person. It reminded me why it's nice to shop in person sometimes. I would highly recommend this location!”

“The store is clean and well organized. Sales are fantastic! Im here at least once a month to shop for my two grandkids. The bonus points earned from each shopping trip help me save even more. If they dont have what i want in the size needed they get it shipped to my house for free. Cant say enough good things about Carter’s.”
