“Came in today with my husband and youngest daughter looking for 2 mattresses, really only having a vague idea of what we wanted and a couple mattresses we wanted to try but weren’t sure about. Dylan greeted us as soon as we walked in and made the whole process of testing, choosing, and checking out quick and seamless. He answered all of my questions and more. He was very patient with us and our very energetic little one lol I definitely left feeling really confident in our choices, and also covered & supported in the event something comes up. I sincerely appreciate how quick and easy Dylan made this experience, it made the whole thing a lot more relaxing. Thank you so much for your help! “We came to the Purple store in the Cherry Hill Mall after doing a tremendous amount of research into a new mattress. Krista was very friendly and knowledgable and let us take our time exploring the different pillows and mattresses. I cannot say enough about the staff here as everyone we met was amiable and made the experience a fun one! We settled on the Rejuvenate Premier Queen and it arrived yesterday. Our first sleep was excellent! Krista, thank you for helping us make this big decision! She even helped me get approved through my FSA, which will help offset the price if that is an obstacle. We came back just before Christmas and bought 3 friends the Harmony Pillow (M) because we liked them so much!”

“I just want to say I just bought a mattress set here today July 12026. Justin was my salesman. He was wonderful! He did not try to talk me into something more expensive than I wanted to pay. He was in no way pushy, which is not the way to be when dealing with customers. I walk out on them! !! Being it is a couple days from the holiday, the sales prices were great. I had just come from Ashly’s & there prices for everything were so much more. Mattress Firm has been we’re we’ve bought the last 3-4 beds over the years. All the salesmen we’ve ever had were like Justin, not pushy & very helpful! We get our new bed in a few days! I refused to have the delivery guys come in the next 3 days when it’s going to be over 100*. Thank You Justin!!!!!”

“I love how there employees be there to help you it's not like Walmart waiting hours for employee to come back to electronic department. Best Buy employees are there quick and fast to help. I like service like that. And there's products are cheap headphones, screen name brand TV's. Everything I didn't think they will be this cheap. They quality of items is amazing. People think Walmart have everything in cheap but I learn today. Best Buy have items Amazon have in you can get it at there store I couldn't believe. They also have front door greeters I wanted to be fast in and out. I ask a question he told me where, what row, area it was so clean no boxes waiting to be stocked on the displays. You can find stuff fast and I was so amazed that it's not just 3 check out lines to pay every area had a check out in pay register. I'm going to do at Best Buy more often I love the one in Cherry Hill NJ. On, RT70 it's a lot of stores in that plaza. But Best Buy I will always get all my products there.”

After visiting my local store, I chose a similar poly table and paid the difference. Fortunoff will deliver the new table and pickup the damaged table free of charge. We are extremely satisfied!!!”
