While inside we did see some people come in with a sense of entitlement and the staff handled it very well. They all deserve raises and the reviews lately I’ve been seeing have been untrustworthy. “I have had such bad experiences with other Tmobile stores BUT coming to Marlton NJ Tmobile was the first time I am NOT leaving with anxiety. These 2 men, Kenneth and Albert are the BEST at customer service and very knowledgeable of Tmobile. They sure deserve a bonus or raise. Im an older woman and was ready for bad experience but this Marlton store with Kenneth and Albert changed my experience for the better. I again can't thank them enough.”

“I have been in several T-Mobile stores. The one on ridge avenue in Philadelphia is terrible they're rude. But I just came to one where Jai Lynn helped me get rid of a virus and she did it very quickly. I appreciate the customer service in this store.”
“I scheduled an appointment on their app to exchange old internet and cable tv equipment for new equipment. They greeted me at the door immediately upon walking in and sent me to a desk where I was immediately waited on. The customer rep was knowledgeable. He understood my request and why I was exchanging my equipment. In only a few minutes I was walking out with my new equipment. It went extremely smooth. (I went on a Saturday at 10:15 am, which may have been a timeframe that's normally slow.)”
“As a senior citizen I was having trouble with my phone, getting lots of calls from India. The nice gentleman named Tamim helped me switch to a better phone that can help me block scam calls. He also told me that you can’t pay taxes with amazon gift cards.”

“I recently visited this store and had the pleasure of being assisted by Chris. Despite the busyness of the store, Chris went above and beyond to ensure that my transaction was smooth and stress-free. He was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding throughout the entire process.
What stood out to me the most was how Chris took the time to make sure my 14-year-old daughter was set up with everything she needed during the phone transfer. He was able to multitask effortlessly while making sure that everyone in the store was being taken care of.
I never once felt rushed during my interaction with Chris. His genuine care and attentiveness were truly remarkable. It's rare to find such exceptional customer service these days, and Chris exemplified what it means to go above and beyond for customers.

“I had a wonderful experience both times I came to this Verizon location. The first time I brought my broken phone in and wound up trading it in for a new one. Julian was my representative, he was patient, informative, and very helpful. I went back a couple days later and a very welcoming woman and gentleman helped with my phone screen replacement. I wish I knew their names to give them credit. The store is very big, clean and organized, and all of the staff is very friendly. I always used to go directly to Apple for phone repair/issues, but I will not go there again and will always go to this Verizon store. Thank you to the team for your kind service and help!”

He checked for us before we go there and ensured they had it in stock! We arrived and he replaced the old one with then one they had in stock. Overall 10/10 would recommend Kennth’s services at T-Mobile.”

“Without getting into too much detail, I was given the runaround by customer care for two days. I walked into this location and was greeted by Aaron who was very accommodating to my (and my 11 month old in a car seat) needs.He could tell I was flustered, and quickly helped me acquiring the information I needed. Aaron ran into the same road block I had been hitting, and very diplomatically took care of the situation.
