“I had such a great experience with Marlton Computer Service. I called for a problem with my computer. The technician that came out was honest, friendly, and respectful of my time and money. They laid out several plans for me Md told me what each would cost. In the end I had them build me a new computer, and they were able to transfer all my data and still get the new computer back in my house the next day! It works great, and again the tech that came out to install it was wonderful. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone. They also were cheaper than big box stores since they build everything in house.”
“Went into the store today to upgrade my old iPhone — Wayne K. made it a super easy & smooth process and even gave me some helpful tips on things like battery management etc. that I would’ve had no idea about otherwise. Saved me some money too. Genuinely a nice guy, thanks Wayne !”

“It was a very long experience there's only one person there he does everything and it's hard to get it taking care of when you are only one person but he managed and did great . Only thing about this store they need more help and ppl answer the phones as for the guy that helped me and my mom you're great and thanks for all your help”

She was so patient and spent about an hour with us making sure that everything transferred over correctly and we understood our new devices. “I want everyone to know what a good service is received at this T- mobile store yesterday afternoon. Outstanding to be honest. I drove there near closing hours, weather deteriorating and yet they helped me with my Internet router, that needed replacement. Before I drove there, I called, to make sure they could help, and they sure did. I can't remember the name of the person that helped me, I believe was Andrew.

“I scheduled an appointment on their app to exchange old internet and cable tv equipment for new equipment. They greeted me at the door immediately upon walking in and sent me to a desk where I was immediately waited on. The customer rep was knowledgeable. He understood my request and why I was exchanging my equipment. In only a few minutes I was walking out with my new equipment. It went extremely smooth. (I went on a Saturday at 10:15 am, which may have been a timeframe that's normally slow.)”

“Currently metro customer switching plans cause they Wi-Fi sucks even when you just pay your bill however called boost to switch and Carlos got me all straight and square even calmed my anxiety over metro by explaining my services costs of product and plans that I’ll be recording with boost!!! “I had a wonderful experience both times I came to this Verizon location. The first time I brought my broken phone in and wound up trading it in for a new one. Julian was my representative, he was patient, informative, and very helpful. I went back a couple days later and a very welcoming woman and gentleman helped with my phone screen replacement. I wish I knew their names to give them credit. The store is very big, clean and organized, and all of the staff is very friendly. I always used to go directly to Apple for phone repair/issues, but I will not go there again and will always go to this Verizon store. Thank you to the team for your kind service and help!”

“Without getting into too much detail, I was given the runaround by customer care for two days. I walked into this location and was greeted by Aaron who was very accommodating to my (and my 11 month old in a car seat) needs.He could tell I was flustered, and quickly helped me acquiring the information I needed. Aaron ran into the same road block I had been hitting, and very diplomatically took care of the situation.
