“As someone who loves marketplaces like Medford Mills and Columbus Farm Market, this place was no different. While there might be fewer vendors present, you'll still have various items to choose from.My only gripe with the place was that while I was looking at stuff and looking them up on my phone, the woman in the cashier area asked me if I was writing a review for my blog. I don't have a blog, but even if I did, I wouldn't do it there at the store! I felt uncomfortable with that question as I didn't know how to answer. I usually get asked the common question, "can I help you with anything."Other than that, it was a pleasant experience and something that will help malls and small businesses that don't particularly have enough products to fill a typical shop in a mall.”

“Popped in to see if anything could be done to fix my engagement ring, which had a small dent (my fault!) in some delicate filigree. Bill gave the ring a quick inspection, brought it to his back room, and came back out with it all fixed up in a matter of 2-3 minutes. He didn't charge me (said it was such an easy job) and even offered some advice on keeping the ring in good shape going forward.”

“The staff, Marlena and Anthony, both provided exceptional knowledge and expertise when deciding on the placement of my new piercing. I had a poorly placed piercing from a different piercing establishment that made adding a new hole rather difficult. Marlena and Anthony were able to come up with a solution that I loved. Marlena did 3 piercings for me and each had minimal pain (as minimal as it can be). She ensured I know how to take care of my piercings and was very accommodating in scheduling a follow up appointment. Could not recommend more!!!”

“They were very helpful it was a beautiful pagoda in the middle of the Morristown mall and they do have a lot of chiefs a lot of Kings they had a lot of those for earrings and medallions on your necklace and they had a lot of different gold necklaces it was very nice place they were very very helpful”

When I asked how much I owed…they said “nothing.”In this day and age, a business providing a minor but very necessary service free of charge is really impressive.It’s a little bit of a drive to this location for me, but because of the service I got and the way I was treated, I’d be happy to give them my business.”
“We took my husbands charm here to have the opening resized to fit his chain and were extremely happy with the service. Also, while picking up the charm we were able to have a few links removed from my watch on site in about 2 minutes. The owner is very professional, nice, and does a great job..highly recommend!!”
