She offered to check other stores for me and she found one at another store. I was ecstatic. Not only does Chicos offer quality clothing but their customer service goes above and beyond. He has legnthened a very difficult seed pearl necklace and ensured that my grandmother's infinity ring doesn't fall off my finger again. Both were not easy fixes and he was clear about options and the cost. When my a diamond fell out of my 5 stone wedding band, he matched it so well, I couldn't tell you which has been replaced. “Was very please on how they repaired my natural stone bracelet.
I sent this bracelet out to (years ago) Macy's for repair, (from which I brought the bracelet from), and Macy's could not repair it.
I also would like to compliment the staff on how personal and friendly they are. You are always greeted with a smile and a warm attitude (Like family).
