I cracked my screen on my Galaxy 23 ultra looked online and found sayreville plaza repair.
Show the gentleman my phone he went in the back look to see if he had the parts the first question he asked me as do I have insurance I says actually I do I then proceeded to ask him just out of curiosity how much is the repair and it was a decent amount of money because the parts are expensive for these phones so you turn around and he says it might be a good idea to go through the insurance you are paying for it.
Ladies and gentlemen that in itself and his honest answer I would send anybody to this gentleman I may not have got this phone fixed but sometime in the future I will use him for a repair or I will send everybody that I know to this place He is a gentleman, and an honest man at that you can't go wrong with sayreville repair”

“Was having customer service issues in a different location. Decided to call them and see if I was being put through the ringer. The girls in the store not only calmed me down but was 100% customer service friendly answering my questions with honesty and willing to help in anyway they could. The quoted me on a phone I went in a couple hours later and the girl I spoke to wasn't there but someone else stepped up and helped and told me the same things she did. “Had a bit of disaster with the 365 plan and another store. I had waited over 4 days without a phone and was about to go on vacation. Pretty stressful situation with a lot of frustration due to miscommunication with a different store.
Miguel was very patient and professional during the entire process and sought to help in any way possible. We went over a number of options and he actually helped me secure an upgrade for my phone after spending nearly 2 hours exploring each option. The attention to care and empathy displayed by him was top notch. This T-mobile location is not near my home, but I would return due to extreme diligence, transparency and knowledge displayed by this manager.
Rosa was also very helpful in setting up my new phone.”
“May, Farah, Shota and I can not remember the other guy are amazing. Had the most horrendous experience switching from optimum to the mobile took 2 hours while in the shop. Not to mention me screaming on the phone in the shop. They were amazing at service and over and above calming my mum and I from an arduous call with optimum.
