“It was nice getting to meet Harry today. We got a lot done today. He knew right away I needed two new front tires and both front/rear brakes were about done. He then showed me my battery was corroded and the serpentine belt had little cuts in them. I mean initially it was just for an oil change but he diagnosed what truly needed to be done. I drive 600 plus miles a week in a Mazda 3.. have to prioritize my safety. He even ordered the parts that were needed in a good timely fashion. I gotta say there's a nice strong difference in my car. I hope it's continues that way so I can continue utilizing you for more business.”

“Left Long Island yesterday afternoon to start my drive back down to Florida. I completely forgot to get my oil changed before I left so I checked my route and I was close to sayerville NJ. I went in and got my oil changed when the tech tells me I had a crack in my serpentine belt. Since I was about to be driving 17 plus hours I knew this needed to be taken care of right away. I started stressing out immediately because it was already late in the day almost 4pm, and I didn’t know anyone around the area i was in. I started calling around to a few shops, thankfully I called jiffy lube , and explained the situation, they were nice enough to get me right in immediately, and got to working on the car right away. I have a turbo engine so it was a little bit more difficult of a job than a regular engine but they still got it done and I was back on the road around 6 pm.. the staff there were very nice , very friendly, they helped explain everything, showed me my old belt with the crack in it. Very thorough with everything they did. I also liked that I was able to watch the car being worked on, and that they were so sweet and accommodating to not only me but my two dogs as well. all in all jiffy lube in sayerville NJ saved the day for me.. truly grateful.. thank you guys so much!!!”

Big name shop across the street offered to sell me tire(what?). Lou had one of his guys help me out and I was off in less than 10 mins. Wouldn’t accept any money I offered. A stand up shop”

“This was actually phenomenal service. I came in on a Sunday for a regular oil change, but they ended up checking the rest of my car. Turns out, I have been neglecting several aspects of my car that I needed to get checked out. I've been to body shops before and they didn't even bother to tell me. The guy who met me up front was an absolute gentleman. He seemed almost excited to start work. The lady who helped me was also very nice and explained everything to me. I ended up getting new oil, new windshield wipers, and windshield liquid. I have to be honest, it was fairly priced. I didn't think I was overcharged at all. I would come back for sure.”
