The property was easy to navigate, units were clean, the facility offered carts for moving your belongings and the office carried a variety of storage supplies. “I am writing on two different experiences in the same day totally opposite of each other with Public Storage.
I left one of the stores with unsolved issue and a conversation with a dismissive manager which was enough to give anyone a very bad impression on the the company.
However, I decided to look for a solution in other locations. I was lucky to meet Kimmie, the manager of the Manalapan
store and what a big difference she made to my opinion on the company.
She took the level of customer service to above and beyond the standard.
Once she knew my problem with the other store, she immediately offered her help to resolve it EVEN when the business would go to the other store not hers. She acted like an owner or a district manager who cared about the company's name more than anything. She contacted three different colleagues to check her idea and called her boss to get approval. The boss too was kind enough to listen to me and understand my situation.
The problem was finally resolved. Thanks to Kimmie who deserves to be a special representative to the company.
I guess not all managers are equal ?. Thanks Kimmie ??

“We have moved 3 times in the past 9 years and Varsity has assisted us every time!! Our last move required us to need an additional small truck, after the crew jam-packed our load strategically into the truck they brought. As a result, we needed to plan B in an instant and Varsity literally rolled with the punches!! This also included the crew having to return the next morning (on a Sunday, no less) to unload. Moving is already stressful as ever!! And despite last minute changes to “get the job done”, which rightfully so required us to spend more money, having this company side-by-side with you every step of the way offers a breath when the going gets tough!! I’ll literally use no other moving company for tri-state area moves!! Feed your crew!!! Have drinks on deck!! And tip like they’re your family and you’ll have a seamless experience!! ???”
