Didn’t catch his name but bigger gentleman, kind of guy you want on your side at a bar. Had a slight gas tank discrepancy but he treated us fairly in the end. Would rent here again.”

“Rented a unit to store my car. Sadly the lip was a little too high for my car. I walked inside and was granted by a young man. “Long hair” he was super nice and even drove me to another unit to see if it was a little lost he entire experience was so pleasant. You don’t find customer service like that anymore. I stored at public storage and this was far better. I’m sad my car won’t fit. Thank you for making my experience so good.”
