“First off, you will never have better customer service in retail. I would like to personally thank the owners Win and Sue for helping us out in a situation that happened with the Schroths and Lorenson store in Summit. I’d also like to thank Liz Carvahlo because without my initial call to her none of this could have happened. The back story….. my son purchased his wedding band from the Summit store. Two days prior to the wedding, his fiancé went to pick up his ring and upon arrival, saw a note on the door saying that they were closed until the following week. She obviously panicked and called me. I have known Liz for a very long time and my initial thought was to reach out to her. Liz then contacted the owners (during their vacation) and they immediately called me in hopes to help. They explained to me that they are not really affiliated with the store in Summit any longer but that one of their past employees is. They reached out to Rich Foley who then took over. He was also on vacation at the time because the entire industry shuts down early in July. Thankfully, he was a few hours driving distance away. He left his vacation and drove up to his store, was able to get the ring and then actually hand delivered it to my sons wedding venue. I cannot put into words how amazing both stores were in dealing with what could have resulted in my son not having his band on his wedding day. I again, cannot thank everyone involved more for their genuine care in helping us. I will forever be a Schroths customer!Shop Small and Shop Local. “I went to Guida Jewelers to have my diamond engagement ring cleaned and checked for the second time in a couple of years. The first time, the prongs needed to be tipped, since the setting was loose. This time Mr. Guida just cleaned my ring. I also had several 14K earrings and a necklace that weren't being used. I was able to get cash for them. I highly recommend Guida Jewelers.”

“Jade performed a very important cover up for me. It was in honor of my mom who passed away. It took 3 sessions with many hours, but I am so happy with the end result. My cover up came out absolutely beautiful. Jade worked very hard on this. They checked on me constantly during my sessions to make sure I was comfortable, feeling okay and always asked if I needed to take a break. I actually didn't feel a thing and it was a very pleasant experience. Jade is a very talented, patient person. They really care about their clients and want to give them the best experience possible. “Diamond Dreams is always one of my first stops when I go back to Bernardsville. While looking, Edward the owner, asked if I’d like my rings cleaned! He inspected my wedding ring and noticed the gold was worn down so much I was about to lose my diamond, and another diamond was askew. He showed me through the loop and I could see clearly what he was saying. He offered to repair it and I agreed, as I trust him and knew he did good work. I got my ring back three days later and it looked like the day I got it! I COULDN'T BELIEVE THE DIFFERENCE and am so happy that my diamonds are secure. I had been putting off getting it checked.
