“We ordered a keg a little last minute and they were still able to get it for us. Unfortunately when we got it home and let it sit we could not get it to tap. I drove back and they happily gave me 2 different taps to try and told me not to worry about returning either of them until I got the tap working. We still couldn’t get it. I know it wasn’t user error as we had, let’s say very experienced people on it trying to get it to lock and tap. It just wouldn’t do it. Idk if it was the temp or the pressure build up or what but it just wouldn’t go. I went back to the store one more time bought some cases of beer and they let me know I’d get a refund. People like this are what make local business central to communities. Since my wife and I moved into our house recently, this has been my go to liquor store and it 100% will continue to be. I’ll definitely order a keg again. Shit happens but they made a bad moment more tolerable. Thanks guys!”
