“A bit of an unconventional review but I've only had service here once. Today I needed a specific adapter for a socket wrench that was that one piece that was forgotten before going to replace a small sensor on my car. Called them up and explained I lived literally right across the street in the apartment complex. I didnt get the guys name but he was super helpful in letting me borrow said adapter and return in after I was done. That alone should tell you the service here is fantastic!”

“I really like this place. The owner is friendly and kind, and never tries to up sell. Service is fast and accurate. I've been going here for 10+ years for oil changes, oil / air / cabin filters, and the occasional transmission fluid service. They also have windshield wipers at a reasonable price and install them for free. I've never once been unhappy with the service.”
“I have brought my car ALL over. From mavis to the dealership I bought my car from. I needed an oil change and didn't have time to set up an appointment at my dealership. I called Jiffy Lube and they said bring it in. There was NO wait. They took my car right in and even brought my carbon filter out so I can see how NASTY it was. Like I said I have brought my car to the dealership where I bought my car from and they overlooked my carbon filter every time. I will be bringing my car here from now on. They are trustworthy which is hard to find now a days! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.”

“Super quick to get an oil change done if you use the Google maps 'how busy is it now' timing. I was in and out in 25 minutes from when I pulled into the parking lot. Look for coupons before you go, $15 off is common. Way faster than going to the dealership and a few bucks cheaper for me. I'll continue going here.”

“They talked me into the $50 special for that day. They usually do an awesome job when I get the cheap inside/ outside cleaning. But this day I decided to go for the special. At first when my truck came out and they were done wiping it down and doing some small detail cleaning it looked horrible. I spoke with the manager and he was extremely kind. He ran my truck through the car wash again and when it came out he personally cleaned every speck of dirt off of it inside and out. Normally I have no problem there, but on that particular day they were extremely busy. But still took the time and had courtesy towards me and did an awesome job. I highly recommend them.”

“I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Morris Plains Automotive today. Tony & Tony are great, as are the guys who work with them. This is an exceptional operation on many levels. Tony and Tony are very professional, kind, knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. They analyzed my issue and took quick actions to remedy the situation. I felt very comfortable dealing with everyone here, and that is not always the case at an auto repair shop. The guys are honest, trustworthy, caring and straightforward, attributes you don’t always find at an auto repair shop. This is the first time I have used Morris Plains Automotive, but it definitely won’t be the last. If you have any auto repair needs this is the place to go. I guarantee that you won’t regret it.”
