She provided excellent service and possessed the knowledge to make sure our package arrived at the time we needed it to. And at the best possible price. We were quoted as having to spend almost $200, to have the same delivery service done by FedEx. We spent nowhere near that, and our package is expected to be there exactly when we want it to. “We renewed a passport for my daughter and made a new one for my son across two appointments. The staff at this post office was absolutely amazing. We were late once and forgot a document once and both times they helped us work through our issues and found time to squeeze us in between other appointments. Of course we had to wait for a gap between customers but that’s totally understandable. The other customers being helped for packages and stamps etc also seemed pretty content with their experience.I wish we lived in Chatham (we are over in the next town) so I could use this post office more often:)”

“We had a great experience here getting passports for a family of 5. Teddy was the clerk who helped us and she was super pleasant and made a depressingly expensive trip to Morristown as fun as could be! She knew what she was doing and we had some laughs along the way. Only issue is the camera isn't working there so bring your photos! USPS needs to update their system to reflect this change until the camera is fixed.”
“Looking at other reviews, I have to wonder what's going on with those reviewers and this post office. We're there every day to pick up mail for our business and to drop off mail to get sent out. We go at different times and while it's crowded sometimes, like every business is at one point or another, as soon as people wait a minute or two, if there's only one clerk, at least one other person comes out to help. The clerks are fast and efficient and certainly polite. The place is very clean and we never have trouble picking up Priority supplies if we run short from what we order (for free) directly from USPS. No, the postal service doesn't provide packing tape - when have they ever? Also, someone wrote that there's 'no one to complain to', but USPS has feedback online, so that's not true. USPS does a lot for our business and they're cheap, fast and reliable. I can't imagine needing more than that. Maybe mimosas?”
