“They have exemplary customer service when I stop by in person, but I do keep getting other people’s mail. Also, the town isn’t all that big, if they set out at 07:10 to do their route(s), then why is it that In almost 10 hours it hasn’t arrived. I live not even 2 minutes away. Aside from that, they’re a grade A post office.”
“I went to this location today and omg we received an outstanding service. The US postal worker covering the service lobby desk helped us with 5 applications even made copies for us. I was nervous at first thinking i would get the same service as in Lincoln Park where the employees are very rude, not helping you and sending you back. The customer service is outstanding, since I have witnessed them be patient, helpful and understanding with customers that have the most ridiculous requests or the dumbest questions. I have never had a problem at this post office and they always have the supplies available, or the advice you might need. A+++++”

“Typically, any trip to the post office is associated with a groan, procrastination, then a period of denial. My wife and I couldn't put it off any longer. Holiday gifts had to go and we're in a pandemic. Our local post office was out of the question so we thought, try a new place.So glad we drove to the Park Ave., USPS. Erik was the clerk and he was extremely friendly, patient and professional. Took the time to advise us on our packages and delivery options and we in no way felt rushed. It was hard to imagine we were in a United States Post Office. Haven't had an experience like that in decades.Parking is fairly easy, lines were not very long despite holiday season rush on a Saturday morning. Also, there is disabled parking (which I utilized), directly in front as well as wheelchair ramp access for those who require it.Stay safe and be well...”
“Friendly staff. There's short term parking outside which is convenient. I had to ship a large number of books and between buying postage online through PayPal, dropping off labeled boxes at the post office, it was much easier than I expected.”
“In all the chaos the Coronavirus has created, the Pompton Plains Postal worker who attempted to answer my phone questions patiently tried to help me despite a long line at the counter. I inadvertently discarded a tracking number to a pkg I had mailed and was seeking his assistance to track the location of the pkg. Without the tracking number, there wasn't anything he could do to help me, but he was extremely patient and kind on the phone.”
“They were extremely helpful, and service was very quick even though it was busy! They even offered to order stamps for me to pick up in the post office, if they didn't have the specific stamps I needed. (I came in to buy a very large quantity of stamps for my business.) The negative reviews are all from years ago, and as far as I'm concerned this post office location is wonderful now!”
“I go to the Lake Hiawatha Post Office, even though I live in the next town. The employees are friendly and professional. I especially want to compliment Michelle.. “I have been using/visiting this post office for almost 8 years now since I moved to Kinnelon and frankly refuse to go to any other post office. The people that work here are PEOPLE - they care about you and they care about their jobs and they take so much pride in what they are doing that it makes other post offices irrelevant in my mind. The people that work here SMILE, and despite the stress involved in their daily routines and despite the stresses of having to work no matter what the weather may be - THEY SMILE. If this post office ever gets into financial trouble and the government decides they shouldn't exist, I will personally start a movement to secure their financial standing or I will personally employ these people in my own business because their work ethic, attitude and demeanor pleasantly and confidently exude calmness, confidence and success. Every other post office and postal worker should spend one day with this post office and it's employees to truly understand how things should be done in life and how people should treat one another. I would give the shirt off my back for these people.”

“This office is small but very convenient. There’s rarely a line and the post officer is always friendly and cheerful. It is closed from 2 to 3:15 for lunch - I find it convenient that it’s open during typical lunch breaks.”
