Hyatt House Morristown is a good hotel with friendly and helpful staff, often described as amazing, kind, and welcoming. The customer service is excellent and personable, with staff going out of their way to be helpful. Guests find the rooms large, super clean, and comfortable, with comfortable beds, bathrooms, and kitchens. The complimentary breakfast is good with plenty of hot and tasty options, better than a continental breakfast. Other conveniences include complimentary wifi and parking, though some guests note a parking charge per night. The hotel shows a little bit of age and is not as luxurious as some expect. Some downsides include carpets and hallways with an unbearable smell, rooms that are quite dark, and a location not within walking distance of stores. However, for the price, it provides a comfortable, convenient, and better-than-expected experience, leading many guests to state they would stay there again.
Justin is a phenomenal asset to the team. He provided personable customer service and fixed any minute situations I encountered or may have encountered in my stay. Knowing my needs and wants are being met is exactly what would make or break me from coming back exactly to this hotel versus a competitor.
