“What a great experience! My task was very simple—I just needed to print a UPS label. When I called to ask about the price (I was being charged $2.50 elsewhere), Hank was so funny and said, “It’ll cost you pennies.” And he was right!
When I got to the store, everything was quick and easy. They helped me get on their Wi-Fi and printed the label without any hassle. Just a genuinely pleasant experience.

Staff always says hello and is never short with customers even the one time there was a rush. UPS store have been a generally all around solid in this area especially this Randolph spot.
