“There are a lot to choose from. It took me a long time to decide what I wanted. Mostly because there are so many choices. The store seems well organized. The shoes on display had the boxes of different sizes right under them. I was surprised they didn't get all shuffled up. They had my size for almost every type of shoe. My size is 10 or 10 and 1/2. I ended up buying two pairs because there were different kinds I wanted. One was a moccasin and the other was a Slip-On walking shoe. They had a sale to get the second one at 50% off. Plus I signed up for a free membership and got 10% off.”

“I worked with an extremely helpful and knowledgeable associate named Frank .I so wanted to buy the sneakers based on his recommendation but wanted a different color and went to the Millburn location as they have a bigger inventory but found the salesperson not so thorough as Frank therefore could not buy one. Have to check online.”

They didn’t quite fit as expected but I was able to exchange them for the sizes that fit me best thanks to Kathy. “Excellent inventory and exceptional customer service. My father has very wide feet and foot swelling due to health issues and Walk Well was able to accommodate him because they have larger sizes in stock including size 15 EEE. Over the course of 2 hours my father tried on over 20 pairs of shoes before he finally chose one and the salesman was so patient and gracious with him the entire time. We will definitely be back.”

“LOFT remains one of my go-to stores for stylish yet relaxed clothing, and I appreciate always finding my size. However, customer service is lacking—staff are aloof, rarely greet customers, and often leave the cash wrap unattended, requiring waits of over five minutes for assistance. The store does not take phone orders, and in-person visits are necessary to order online items if you want free shipping to your home. While purchases made in-store qualify for free shipping, price adjustments and returns/exchanges require bringing the receipt, though refunds should go back to the original payment method. Cleanliness is also an issue, with dust and debris noticeable in fitting rooms and on the floor. While I value the convenience of shopping in person, a more attentive and welcoming experience would make a big difference.”

“I always wondered what Macys Backstage was. They have some really nice dresses for women as well as cute clothes for kids. They had good sales going this weekend. Good value for your money.
