Some residents report issues with move-in condition, noting a need for better attention to detail, citing cleanliness concerns like dust, paint spots, and clogged drains, as well as worn-out window screens and a damaged front door. The kitchen design in some units is mentioned as not fully thought out. For these residents, the price is considered over the top for a small place with such issues, making it not a great experience. Overall, a great experience. Allison, the leasing agent, was fantastic—very helpful and easy to work with. The maintenance team, Daniel and Jose, were always prompt, professional, and friendly. I really appreciated how well everything was handled during my time here.

I have lived in several different buildings and find the maintenance team of Jose and Raphael to be the most professional and courteous. Their quick attention to issues as well as thorough follow ups is outstanding. Always pleasant and polite, they have made apartment living easier and stress free.

The Community Manager, Stephanie, is wonderful, always responsive. The building is beautiful. Great location!
