“My experience has been very pleasing. Property manager Samantha has made leasing with them so easy. Both Samantha’s that work there have been patient with me answering all my questions and concerns that a new renter would have. Both have made this process very easy. It’s has been a pleasure dealing with them !”

“Amando was the difference maker in our decision to move to Avalon Wharton. He was very inviting, sweet and knowledgeable. He has been helpful and available for every part of the leasing and moving process. I looked at a 6 different rentals and Amando was always available and most accommodating so we felt the most comfortable with him and Avalon. Thanks again Amando.”

75 Village Way, Budd Lake NJ 07828
“My girlfriend and I have been living here since 2023 and we love it. It's a nice quiet community with friendly neighbors. Plenty of sidewalk to take summer walks. We personally love their platinum unit which has a washer/dryer unit, as well as our balcony. SDK has started hosting community events every few months which are always fun, and a great way to meet your neighbors. If anyone's looking here, I highly recommend going through Jacqueline, she is a very nice and professional leasing associate who has always been very helpful and kind to us for both units we have rented here. She'll make the application process painless.”

“First of all. You will never in your life meet an apartment manager who has the dedication to his customers like Scott. He made sure my wife and I were comfortable in our new apartment and had the knowledge and the customer service mentality to make sure we were 100% happy with our new place. These apartments are the perfect mix of affordability and comfort. Ask for Scott you will not be disappointed.”

“My experience at this place is really graceful because with the appointment of AURA ENCARNACIÓN as manager, and ÁNGEL LORENZO, as super, things here are going perfectly, since everything is reflected in a wonderful job, with perfect coordination and friendly, elegant and respectful treatment of all the inhabitants and visitors. The truth is that the peace and the harmony that is currently experienced here are worthy of taking as an example to follow. I hope that for everyone's sake this model, which works so well, is not changed. Sincerely Luz Mora Apt. 402”

“I have had a great experience here at overlook apartments in Flanders in the 13 years that I have lived here. Their maintenance team is amazing and very reliable. Whenever we have had to call maintenance they are always here when we need them. They go above and beyond in their job to keep Overlook apartments looking beautiful and making it a great place to live. They are always friendly and professional and just great people all around. I especially would like to thank Lisa and Rob for all their help and their quick response today when we needed their assistance with an important repair in our dryer a few weeks ago along with several other times when we needed help in the past. Thank you both and all the rest of the maintenance staff for all your hard work. We appreciate you so much! Thanks for making Overlook a great place to live.”
